What do you consider an area?
- An area is a room that is up to 300 square feet. Living room/dining room combinations are considered two areas.
What method of cleaning do you use?
- Water temperature, pressure and pH of the cleaning agent are carefully controlled so your carpet will be soft, texture restored and colors brightened, while providing less allergens and pollutants.
Do you move my furniture?
- Yes, we will move your furniture and after the cleaning is complete we will return it to its original place. We ask that you remove all loose items from the furniture prior to our moving it. there are several items we will not move, such as: pianos, china cabinets, dressers with mirrors, pool tables and any items over 50 lbs will be at the cleaners discretion.
How long does it take to clean my carpets?
- Typical cleaning time is around 15-20 minutes per room, however this can very depending on amount of furniture to be moved, spot removal and how soiled the carpet is.
How long will it take for my carpet to dry?
- The amount of dry time will vary depending on humidity, temperature and air flow to the areas. It could be anywhere from an 2 to 8 hours. Using your fan or cooling/heating system (depending on the time of year) will also help expedite the drying process.
Do you guarantee removal of all spots or stains?
- While we strive to get your carpet/furniture back to it's original finishing, we cannot guarantee the removal of all spots and stains. Our cleaners are equipped with knowledge to remove stains and proper chemicals, however some substances can permanently discolor the fibers, making it impossible to remove.
How do you guarantee customer satisfaction?
- We work closely with each of our clients to make sure they are satisfied before leaving. If within 24 hrs you are still not satisfied, we will return to your establishment to rectify any original situation, free of charge. We believe that word of mouth is one of our greatest advertisements!
After my carpet was cleaned it had ripples in it?
- These ripples or bubbles should start to lay flat again once the carpet is dry. This is typically a sign that the carpet had worn loose and needed stretching prior to the cleaning.
Will cleaning my carpets get rid of fleas?
- We recommend that the customer has the fleas treated/exterminated prior to the cleaning. Cleaning the carpet will not guarantee getting rid of the fleas.
Carpet Care No-No's
- Do not remove any protective blocks or tabs from beneath furniture until your carpet is thoroughly dry. 24 hrs is a good rule of thumb.
- Do not allow draperies or bedspreads to come into contact with carpet while it is damp.
- Avoid as much foot traffic as possible on damp carpet
